What are the evening classes?

Our evening classes are an ongoing fitness program designed for anyone who cannont attend our morning classes or who simply enjoy getting their working out the evening. Classes are one hour of high intensity, interval training in an indoor, co-ed environment. You will be inspired and have fun while getting an amazing workout led by certified trainers, Katie Stenhouse.

What are the days and times offered?

Evening classes are held Tuesday & Thursday @ 5:30pm - 6:30pm. 

Where will we meet?

Our Happy Valley camp meets at our indoor location (Extreme Products).  Click here for map. 

What if I'm not very physically fit?

Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing. There will be modifications and different intensity levels for every moveEveryone will be at different fitness levels so don't feel intimidated if you are a beginner. We will help you become stronger!

What types of exercises will we be doing?

Core conditioning, short distance running, plyometrics, muscular strength, circuit training, functional training, interval training, sport drills and more!

What do I need to bring and wear?

Bring a set of free weights, bottled water, towel, exercise mat (optional) and wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. You may want to layer depending on the weather and you can remove layers as you warm up. Don't forget to bring your energy and a positive attitude!!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?

Each 4 week program has a registration fee for 2 days a week:

A personal trainer can typically charge $60 - $100 per session. This is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction from certified trainers at a fraction of the cost.

How do I register?

Visit out calendar page and select which class you prefer. This will take you to the registration page. 

Is there a refund policy?

We can only give you a prorated credit towards another program if you can not continue because of circumstances beyond your conrol. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. 

Do you allow drop-ins?

Yes, we allow one drop-in per first time camper. From that point we encourage you to sign up for 4 weeks as we feel continuous drop-ins take away from the overall goal and committment to the program, which is to develop an on-going, consistent workout routine. One drop-in is $15.
